Shipping policy

We currently only ship to the UAE

The carrier may apply additional fees/charges for special services based on 'complicated deliveries’ which would be payable by the customer. Complicated delivery situations are defined at the discretion of the carrier and can include, but are not limited to, rural areas, elevator/stair access, narrow or inadequate unloading areas.  Please let us know in advance if you think there will be any issues in delivering your product.

As all of our products are custom made to order there is a 4-6week production time from payment to delivery.  Please contact us for more delivery information.

Maison Roca shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations due t.o events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, or natural disasters. In such cases, timelines may be extended accordingly
