Refund policy

As our products are made to order we have a NO return/refund policy.

If an error is made you have 1 hour in which to contact us and let us know of the mistake, you can contact us at info@maisonroca.com.  We recommend that you double check that the product dimension will fit inside your elevator/home before the purchase. Please note that the product colour/texture in the image may be sightly different as all slabs of stone are unique in colour and veining.  After the grace period of 1 hour there will be no option to change or amend the order.

Cancellation.

If we have published any information incorrectly – including pricing or other relevant information regarding descriptions or delivery times, or any other information in general – we reserve the right to cancel your order. This will be done by email and you shall have the right to reconsider replacing your order, after we supply you with the correct information. At the point of cancellation, we will refund any sum taken from your credit card as soon as possible and certainly, within 30 days of your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify.

Maison Roca will not be held liable for any damage caused by mishandling or misuse of the table.
